Refund Policy – ChicQute

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with ChicQute Boutique.

The 14-day return policy is as follows:

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by ChicQute.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like editable items, custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
For the returned items, we will arrange a replacement or issue you a refund after we have checked your return tracking number and receipt. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
